Shipping Charges

We want your products to arrive quickly and at the best shipping rate we can offer.  Shipping charges are calculated based on product size and the geographical region of the delivery address. 
Estimated shipping charges from our Distribution Centre are based on product size and delivery zone and can be viewed in the table below. 
Shipping estimates for individual products can be viewed by entering your postcode on the product page.

Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be shown during the checkout process.

Please note that promotional shipping or price offers do not apply to bulk, wholesale or commercial orders.

Shipping Agent

We use Australia Post to ship our products both Locally and Internationally.

Within Australia products should arrive within 7-10 days. This is subject to Australia Post conditions.
Internationally time frames will depend on the Country however our experience on past orders suggests within 14 days to most common locations. We do offer DHL expedited shipping. Please contact sales@mymedirecs.com for further information on expedited shipping.

Return Policy

Software Refunds

We provide free download trials of all applications. Please ensure you have satisfied yourself, by first installing the trial software, that the application in question meets your requirements. This free download is provided for your convenience as we do "not" offer refunds on software.

We may however provide a refund in cases where a bug is detected and cannot be remidied by our technicians within 30 days. Software refunds will be issued ONLY in the following cases:

  • The problem was too subtle to be discovered during the trial period of the trial download, and cannot be repaired by our team within 30 days of you reporting the bug;
  • The problem that caused you to request the refund is indeed created by our product, and not by another application on your computer or by faulty hardware;
  • The problem has been examined by our technical support team and found to be a valid report, and we failed to provide a solution within 30 days of you reporting the issue.

Due to the incurred transaction fees, the value of the refund will be smaller than the original amount you paid for the product

We would like to emphasize that the trial period is an important phase. We encourage you to explore the programs and try all their options before the purchase. Do not hesitate to contact our support team if you have any questions.

Hardware Returns and Refunds

a) Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee immediate product availability on all products, nonetheless, available generally is available within 7 days. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

b) Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any technical problem, we will gladly exchange your product within 30 days of arrival of the product to our facilities, being within 30 days of your receipt of the initial order. Please, bear in mind that the shipping return costs are carried by the customer. Our products provide a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Things to remember: Please include a note stating what is wrong with the product, whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. Also, please state your name & address along with your e-mail address, order number, and approximate purchase date. Products must be sent to us by traceable postage means.

c) Refunds

For refunds – We do not provide Refunds on Hrdware. We do provide Exchange in the event the device is faulty and unders the conditions described above.

We are not responsible for shipping damages or package loss on the way to our facility. Once our Techncial Department identifies the problem with the product, the customer will receive a replacement product. If the model you originally purcahsed is out of stock, we will provide the next best available product which will be of at least the same capacity as the one returned. Only manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.), water damage and alike.

If there are any other problems, we will work with you until both parties are satisfied.
